Update 4

During his last neurological assessment Matt could purposely make small movements with his right hand and foot. He pointed out pictures from a group of photos.  He is also able to swallow ice chips (because his entire right side is affected--it also makes his muscles in his throat have difficulty.)  Pray that he is encouraged.

Pray also that his determination holds as he will most likely have to repeat this process after his brain surgery.

I am very encouraged!
